Tofu

Tofu isn’t a popular protein in Chile.  Nevertheless, it’s not hard to find.  The Asian markets in Recoleta offer the best prices and variety.

• Jumbo sometimes carries tofu, which you can also buy in largish quantities from the producer, Alimentos Shen
• AssiMarket and Chinahouse Market in Patronato (Recoleta)
• TierraViva in Ñuñoa and ApioPalta (delivery) sell organic tofu
